This Simple Technique Is A Diet GAMECHANGER

What you are about to read has absolutely changed the way my clients and I “diet.” I want you to develop an empowered relationship with the way in which you choose to eat. I do that by upgrading 80% (4 of 5) of the meals that I eat. I want you to consistently find easy ways to make the meals you currently eat slightly better for you. Below are a few examples of upgrades you can make to common meals:

  • Lettuce wrap instead of a bun
  • Noodle alternative instead of pasta (spaghetti squash, cauli rice, zuchini noodles, shiratake noodles, etc)
  • Add in more veggies
  • No soda sub water or soda water
  • Veggies instead of your normal side
  • Less condiments

You get the idea, if you do this 4 out of 5 meals, you will change your relationship with the food you eat. Plus, this creates a positive shift in mindset towards dieting vs restriction.
